For complete course, early bird registration fee for attendees is:

- Delegates - NON S.I.A.P.E.C. Members | 549,00 €
- Delegates - S.I.A.P.E.C. Members and biologist | 488,00 €
- Trainees and fellows | 183,00 €

Italian VAT 22% is included. Registration is confirmed only once payment has been verified. 

Cancellation notices must be in writing or through Doc Congress platform and received by 23:59 PM Central Europe Time (CET) to be eligible for a refund:

• Cancellation until May, 05th 2025: refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation from May, 06th 2025: no refunds will be made after this date.

Please note: in order to register, you should first create your personal account (if you don't already have one) and then proceed with the meeting registration.

CME Accreditation 

An ITALIAN ACCREDTITATION at Age.na.s has been made for Italian attendees as follow:

Italian CME credits will be granted to those participants who attend at least 90% of scientific works, fill in the questionnaire assessment of perceived quality and respond correctly at least 75% of the questions in the evaluation questionnaire learning. At the end of the scientific work, it will come sent an e-mail with the relative link to access the CME questionnaire.

UEMS-EACCME® accreditation. An application for the event has been made.
