Early bird registration fee up to March, 02nd 2025
For complete course, early bird registration fee for attendees is:
- Delegates - NON S.I.A.P.E.C. Members | 488,00 €
- Delegates - S.I.A.P.E.C. Members and biologist | 427,00 €
- Trainees and fellows | 122,00 €
Italian VAT 22% is included. Registration is confirmed only once payment has been verified.
Cancellation notices must be in writing or through Doc Congress platform and received by 23:59 PM Central Europe Time (CET) to be eligible for a refund:
• Cancellation until May, 05th 2025: refund of 50% of the registration fee.
• Cancellation from May, 06th 2025: no refunds will be made after this date.
Please note: in order to register, you should first create your personal account (if you don't already have one) and then proceed with the meeting registration.
